I'm enjoying photographing everything I eat on a Wednesday - it definitely encourages me to eat better! Yesterday I had a really really good day until 11pm when I destroyed a whole tub of Cookie Dough ice-cream and doubled my calorie intake! Damn you Ben & Jerrys for being so yummy.

If you read my post last week you'll see me giving up chocolate for lent didn't last very long! I've still given up crisps but that's definitely not as hard.

Now I'm going to curl up with those mini eggs and One Born Every Minute - bliss!

  4. I am addicted to Nakd bars, I have one a day which is getting expensive as they're about £3 a box! I'm counting calories at the moment too but trying to stay away from the naughty stuff, if I have chocolate I end up wanting it every day so I try and keep it just for the weekends (and then spend Mon - Wed with serious cravings!!) xo

    1. They are yummy aren't they! I buy them from naturalbalancefoods.co.uk in boxes of 18. They're doing a buy 3 get one free deal at the moment and I'm so tempted to order but that's 4 boxes so like £40 on snacks! They work out at about 60p then.
Good luck with the calorie counting - it's the only way that works for me :)
